These beautiful candies begin with a  tiny fennel (aniseed) that is enrobed in layers of sugar (no artificial colouring or additives) spun in large copper drums in a process that takes 15 days. First made by the Monks of the historic Abby in Burgundy, France. Now family owned, made the same way since 1591 and shared by friends around the world.
