Steep time: 5-8 minutes 

Serving size: 1 level teaspoon per 300ml water or to taste 

Varie-TEA: Hot or iced. Delicious with milk and honey or without. Works well for mocktails and cocktails or evening tea/alcohol concoctions such as “blueberry tea” or other specialty drinks due to no caffeine content. Excellent substitute for green or black teas with a robust full-bodied flavour and no caffeine. Also available is unfermented green rooibos from the same bush. Green rooibos is know for high levels of antioxidants and is slightly higher in price.
